At Rusty's Off-Road, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new condition during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
