Rusty’s has designed and fabricated a bolt-on winch mounting plate that works with most types of bumpers, so no drilling or cutting is necessary. The winch plate is pre-drilled to accept the standard bolt pattern used by Warn, Superwinch, Ramsey, Mile-Marker, and most other winch brands. The plate is constructed of 1/4" thick steel and comes in a durable black powder coated finish. It fits Jeep CJs from '76 to '86.
